I have a confession to make: I made dinner tonight and used no Fleurt Butter. I feel like I should be given penance. I just couldn’t stomach it. I’ve made SO much butter in the last three days that I just couldn’t look at or smell another spoonful.
That being said, it was the prefect dinner to Fleurt with. Sauteed chicken, sliced fingerling potatoes with cucumber, tomato and feta salad. A little Roasted Garlic Herb butter would’ve been perfect with the potatoes and chicken. I will say that, even though I didn’t use Fleurt, my girls still cleaned their plates (although that could have had something to do with the fact that they had no afternoon snack today)!
I am aware that I have not posted in a while and trust me, I’ve been losing sleep over this (seriously). It’s as though I’ve had ‘bloggers block’ – and I use the term ‘blogger’ lightly. I guess I could add this to the list of things I should do penance for. But now I’m back! I’m sure you’ll all breath a collective sigh of relief. Ha!
